The personal information you provide in this form will be collected and processed in accordance with our privacy notice. We will be the controller of your personal information.

Given the nature of the Programme, it is reasonable and proportionate for us to carry out background checks during the casting process, including asking if you have any criminal record, to assess your suitability to take part. An appearance on the Programme may mean increased scrutiny, such as press interest and/or social media commentary, for you and us, and these checks help protect both your interests and ours. We will ask for this information if you are invited to further stages of casting, such as a telephone or zoom interview or an in person audition. Any information you provide will not automatically exclude you from being considered for or participating in the programme.

If you are invited to take part in the Programme, we want to make sure you have a great experience. In order for us to do this we will ask questions about your health and wellbeing so that, amongst other things, we can also meet our duty of care to you, ensure we comply with the terms of our insurance and, where appropriate, make reasonable adjustments for you.

Where we ask for and you give your consent for processing certain types of sensitive information, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by contacting privacy@southshore.uk. Please be aware that withdrawing your consent may prevent us from proceeding with your application.

Unless you ask us not to, we will keep your name and contact details so that we can contact you about future series of this programme and/or other programmes produced by us that we think you might be interested in.

By signing and returning this completed application form you confirm that:
