Do you love baking? Are you aged between 9-15 years old?

If you’re bonkers about bread OR have a passion for pastry then you could be baking in the famous white tent in 2025!

We’re looking for talented home bakers to impress our judges. So if you or someone you know is ready to dough battle, then why not apply now!

APPLICATION TIPS

Here are some tips on how to fill out the application form:

  • First, read the Rules of Entry to ensure that you understand these and you are eligible to apply.
  • Your application form must be completed by you (NOT your parent or guardian, though they must complete the Parental Consent Section).
  • You don’t have to complete the application all at once. You can return to it at any point by following the link in the email we have sent you or by heading to applyforjuniorbakeoff.co.uk.
  • You can only apply once to each series of the programme and therefore must only set up one log in. If we consider that you have sent us more than one application (per series of the programme), Love Productions may decide not to consider you to take part in the programme.
  • Fill out your application form sooner rather than later. Please do not leave it until the closing date.
  • Audition spaces are limited and we cannot guarantee you will be invited to the online audition or, if we are holding live auditions, to the audition location nearest to where you live. 
  • The closing date/deadline for applications is 20.59pm GMT on Monday 24th March 2025 (please note, we may change this date).
  • We’re looking for children with a real passion for baking, but we’re not expecting you to be brilliant at everything. Just tell us as much as you can about you and your baking.
  • We also want to see your baking! Please include a range of photos of different bakes to show off your baking repertoire.
  • Please include a recent photograph of yourself.
  • You will also have the option to upload a video clip of yourself of up to 1 minute.
  • You MUST ensure that you have a parent or guardian’s permission before completing this form. A parent or guardian MUST complete the Parental Consent Section before you can submit your application.
  • Only people who have made it to the next round will be contacted by a member of the Production team. Due to the large number of applications we receive, we are sadly unable to give individual feedback or deal with individual queries. If you have not heard from us by Friday 13th June 2025, then we are afraid your application has not been successful.

Before you begin, please check you are eligible to take part in Junior Bake Off by reading the Rules of Entry. If you are uncertain whether or not you are eligible, check with your parent/ guardian.

Your parent/guardian will be asked to confirm their agreement to the Rules of Entry, but to help us check your eligibility, please also confirm the following statements by completing the tick boxes below.

HOW TO FILL OUT THIS APPLICATION FORM:

Note that in order to apply, you must be aged 9 years (or over) on 1st June 2025, but less than 16 years on 30th September 2025. You will also need your parent/guardian to review and answer the tick box questions below. If you are short on time, you can start your application now and complete it later. 

Please note that your application will not be received by the team until you have completed ALL sections of the application, and your parent/guardian has answered the Parental Consent Section in the application form. Once these have been completed and you have reviewed the Rules of Entry, you will need to press "SUBMIT". You should also read and make sure you understand the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy governing your application for Junior Bake Off.
