If you are a pastry chef, chocolatier or pâtissier by trade, and you want to test your skills against the very best in the business, please apply now.

A team will consist of one Team Captain and one assistant pastry chef (the Team Mate). Both the Team Captain and Team Mate should be working at (or have recently worked at) a professional level within the industry.. The Team Captain and Team Mate should apply together on one application.

Establishments, teams or chefs that have already featured are not excluded from applying again.

APPLICATION TIPS

Here are some tips on how to fill out the application form:

• First, read the Rules of Entry to ensure that you are eligible to apply.
• You don’t have to complete it all at once. Your form will be saved as you go and you can return to it at any point by following the link in the email we have sent you.
• Each team will represent the team captain’s current employer (the Establishment) or, where the team captain is not currently employed, an appropriate team name will be chosen to be approved by Love Productions.
• If you are completing this application on behalf of someone else, including the Team Mate or Team Captain, you must obtain their permission prior to submitting the application and confirming all permissions and consents contained within the application. All permissions and consents given will be deemed given by each of the applicants.
• You can only apply once to each series of the programme and therefore must only set up one log in. If we consider that you have sent us more than one application (per series of the programme), Love Productions may decide not to consider you to take part in the programme.
• The sooner you fill out the application form, the better. Please do not leave it until the closing date.
• If your application is successful, a member of the production team will be in touch to discuss the series in more detail. This will initially consist of an informal chat to find out a little bit more about you, your team and why you would like to take part. You might also be required to undertake an interview and/or screen test as part of the process.
• Please upload a selection of pictures (at least 5) which best show off your patisserie skills.
• Please include a recent photograph of yourself. 
• Only people who have made it to the next round will be contacted by a member of the production team. Due to the large number of applications, we receive, we are unable to give individual feedback or deal with individual queries. If you have not heard from us by Friday 2nd October 2026, unfortunately your application has not been successful.
• When selecting teams for the Programme, we will, amongst other factors, take into account professional experience, skill, enthusiasm, team dynamic, personality, drive and love of patisserie. If selected, auditions will take place in person. We will be looking for a mix of teams to reflect the range in age, location, gender and diversity of professional chefs in Britain.
