Before you can start completing the application form, we need you to review the Eligibility Requirements, Terms and Conditions and details on How We Use Your Information.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
To be eligible to take part in the programme, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
1. Both you and the person you are nominating must be at least 18 (eighteen) years old at the date you submit your application.
2. Neither you nor the person you are nominating must be currently employed by us or any of the ITV group of companies or be a live-in partner or immediate relative (for example, mother, father, son, daughter, brother or sister) of someone who works on the programme.
3. Both you and the person you are nominating must be a legal resident in the United Kingdom, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man and also be currently living in the United Kingdom, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man.
4. You confirm you genuinely believe the person you are nominating (a) needs help with clutter in their home and (b) would be willing to participate in a programme.
5. You must not be involved in any activity that could create a conflict of interest with the Programme, including but not limited to legal disputes that may interfere with participation.

As part of your involvement in “How To Clean Up For Cash” (w/t), we will need you to answer the questions on this Application Form and if you progress through the application stages, we will ask you further questions of a more personal and sensitive nature.
If you are selected to participate in the Programme, we will want to make sure you have a great experience and in order for us to do this we will need to know more about your background, social media activity and your health and wellbeing so that, amongst other things, we can meet our duty of care to you and, where appropriate, make reasonable adjustments for you.
The questions and the reasons we ask them are detailed within the Terms and Conditions and you confirm that if we do ask you those questions you will provide honest and open answers with as much detail as possible (including anything that you feel is relevant) and will also provide the relevant consents to allow us to process that information, as required.
The personal information you provide in this form and throughout the application process, will be collected and processed in accordance with our privacy notice. The controller of your personal information will be ITV Studios Limited trading as MultiStory Media.
Unless you ask us not to, we will keep your name and contact details (for up to 3 years) so that we can contact you about future series of this programme and/or other programmes produced by ITV Studios Limited that we think you might be interested in.
