APPLICATION FORM

Welcome to the Lifted Entertainment application form.

We are ITV Studios Limited trading as Lifted Entertainment and we are looking for outgoing, passionate, and engaging individuals to take part in a range of exciting new TV shows for ITV. If you would like to register your interest with Lifted and be considered for any future programmes, please complete the following application form.

Please take your time to fill out the application form with as much detail as possible so we can learn all about you – the more information you provide, the better! If you can, we’d also love to see recent photos and if possible, a selfie video too.This helps us get a better sense of who you are.

Due to the high number of applications we receive, we may not be able to contact everyone. We will keep your details on file and reach out if we think a programme might be a good fit for you.

ITV is for Everyone and as an inclusive broadcaster, we welcome applications from all backgrounds. We also encourage applications from underrepresented groups including those who are People of Colour and/or those who are Deaf, Disabled and/or Neuordivergent. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

To be eligible to take part in the programme, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

  1. You must be at least 18 (eighteen) years old at the date you submit your application. 
  2. You must not be currently employed by any of the ITV plc group of companies or a live-in partner or immediate relative (for example, mother, father, son, daughter, brother or sister) of someone who works on the programme.
  3. You must be a legal resident in the United Kingdom, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man and also be currently living in the United Kingdom, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

The personal information you provide in this form will be collected and processed in accordance with our privacy notice. The controller of your personal information will be ITV Studios Limited trading as Lifted Entertainment.  

Unless you ask us not to, we will keep your name and contact details (for up to 3 years) so that we can contact you about future series of this project and/or other programmes produced by ITV Studios Limited that we think you might be interested in. If you do not want to be contacted for other series or projects, please email myprivacy@itv.com.
