Welcome to “Challenge Reality Gameshow (working title)” (the “Programme”) application form

- where you, if you are aged 18 or over, can apply be a contestant on the Programme; or

- a parent/guardian can apply on a 17 year old child’s (a “Child”) behalf to be a contestant on the Programme (NOTE: the Child must be aged 17 no later than August 2026)

We are ITV Studios Limited trading as Lifted Entertainment of ITV White City, White City Place, 201 Wood Lane, London, W12 7RU (“we”, “us”, “our”) and subject to Broadcaster commission, it is our intention to co-produce the programme with The Garden of One America Street, London, SE1 0NE for ITV for initial transmission on ITV and STV (jointly and severally the “Broadcaster”).

We are looking for dynamic households to take part in the Programme which will challenge households to live and compete in a street-sized reality game, where only one household could win a life changing amount of money.

Real households (consisting of families and/or friends and/or other relationships) will face challenges, form alliances, and experience the ups and downs of neighbourhood life 24/7.

Which household will rise to the challenge and claim the prize?

Including yourself (or a Child), a household can consist of up to a maximum of 5 people and a minimum of 3.

The household can be made up of family members and/or friends and/or with another relationship dynamic with a shared history. Whilst it would be ideal to be in an existing household you (or the Child) does not have to be in an existing household but you (or the Child) must be in each other’s daily lives in some capacity.
