LOVE ISLAND
CONTESTANT APPLICATION FORM

ITV2 are looking for vibrant singles from across the UK who want to head to the sun, in search of love. The chosen cast will spend time in a luxury villa, getting to know one another, but to remain in paradise they must win the hearts of the public and their fellow Islanders who ultimately decide their fate on Love Island.

Welcome to the “Love Island (Series 13)” (the “Programme”) application form (the “Application Form”) where you can apply to be a contestant on the Programme.

ITV Studios Limited trading as Lifted Entertainment, a company registered in England and Wales (registered number: 0310625) of ITV White City, White City Place, 201 Wood Lane, London W12 7RU (“we”, “us”, “our”) is the producer of the Programme together with our co-producer GroupM Motion Entertainment (“Motion”) and we and Motion intend to produce the Programme for ITV Rights Limited (the “Broadcaster”).

The closing date to apply is: 26 July 2026.

Please note the closing date may change at our discretion and without notice.

Before you can start completing the Application Form, we need to go through the eligibility requirements, terms and conditions, privacy and other formalities.

A. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

  1. You must be aged at least 18 (eighteen) years at the date of your application to the Programme, due to the nature of the Programme;
  2. You must not be:
    1. currently employed by us, Motion, the Broadcaster or any company owned by ITV plc; or
    2. a live-in partner or immediate relative (for example, mother, father, son, daughter, brother or sister) of someone who works on the Programme;
  3. You must hold, or be prepared to obtain, a passport which is valid until at least 6 months after the programme end date (which will be notified to you) and which is less than 10 years old and you must be eligible to travel to the Programme destinations we specify. You also agree to notify us immediately of any change to your passport or travel status; and
  4. You must be exclusively available to participate in the Programme for a minimum of ten consecutive weeks for production of the Programme;

(the “Eligibility Requirements”).

C. WHY WE ARE COLLECTING AND HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

The personal information you provide in the Application Form will be collected and processed in accordance with our privacy notice. The controller of your personal information will be ITV Studios Limited trading as Lifted Entertainment. As Motion is our co-producer, they are also a controller of your personal data. We may also need to share your information with them. You can find their privacy notice here: www.motioncontentgroup.com/contributor-privacy-policy which may be updated by Motion from time to time.

We want your consent so we can accept your application and consider you for the programme. The casting process has several stages and we will use your data (and sensitive data) throughout the process. If at any point during the casting process you wish to withdraw your consent you may do so and we will not be able to progress your application further. More information about your “sensitive data” can be found in our Privacy Notice above.

As this is a dating show, we also need to understand your sex life and sexual orientation in order to consider whether you’d be a suitable participant on the Programme. We are also committed to having a diverse range of applicants to our programmes and contributors appearing on-screen in our programmes. So there will be some questions to promote equality in opportunity and representation, and to monitor and create aggregated statistics in relation to programme applicants and contributors.

Our casting process will also involve ensuring that a healthy and safe environment is provided for all participants, fulfilling our duty of care towards them including any reasonable adjustments. We also need to ensure the safety and wellbeing of other participants and crew. You can read more about this in our Privacy Notice above.

If you are selected to take part in the Programme, we might use some of the answers you provide within the Programme, so please only provide information you would be happy for us to include in the Programme.

D. FUTURE CONTACT PREFERENCES

Unless you ask us not to, we will keep your name and contact details (for up to 3 years) so that we can contact you about future series of this Programme and/or other programmes produced by ITV Studios Limited that we think you might be interested in. If you do not want to be contacted for other series or programmes, please email myprivacy@itv.com.

If we do get in touch with you in the future, you will be asked to update us with any changes to the information you have provided and, if appropriate, submit a new application.

Whatever your decision here, it won’t influence our selection process for this Programme
