12 YARD PRODUCTIONS CASTING DATABASE
REGISTRATION FORM

We are 12 Yard Productions (Investments) Limited trading as 12 Yard Productions of ITV White City, White City Place, 201 Wood Lane, London, W12 7RU (registered company number 04195187) (“we”, “us”, “our”) and we produce big shows on TV such as Eggheads, Unbeatable, Catchpoint, The Cabins, Coach Trip and Comedians Giving Lectures to name but a few!

We are always on the lookout for fun and interesting people to cast for our shows and so we would love to invite you to register yourself on our database (the “12 Yard Productions Database”). We are also looking for people, based in and around the Greater London area, to take part in run-throughs and pitches of new ideas that we are currently developing.

If you meet the eligibility requirements below and are happy with our terms and conditions we just need you to complete some basic information in this registration form (the “Registration Form”) which will be included on the 12 Yard Productions Database.

So, you must meet the following requirements to be eligible to register yourself on our 12 Yard Productions Database:

(just by way of shorthand we’ll refer to the above 3 requirements as the “Eligibility Requirements” throughout the rest of the Registration Form and Terms and Conditions).

YOUR PRIVACY

Next, we need to tell you how we intend to collect and process your personal information.

Any personal information provided in the Registration Form will be collected and processed in accordance with our privacy notice (our “Privacy Notice”). The controller of your personal information will be 12 Yard Productions.

Furthermore, given the variety of programmes we develop and produce, when considering you for run-throughs and pitches we may or will ask about, or otherwise discuss with you, certain types of your sensitive personal information should you be considered for the next stages of any casting process.

In particular, we will ask you to let us know about (i) any physical and/or mental health conditions and (ii) any criminal record you may have which might be relevant to your prospective participation. We may also discuss other sensitive information, such as information about your love life or your religious beliefs, when discussing your biographical information and personal life in a bit more detail.

We do this because (i) we need to satisfy our duty of care and health and safety legal obligations to all participants in our programmes and (ii) we need to know a bit more about you to consider whether you would be a good fit for the relevant production.

We will ask these questions separately during a telephone conversation or other documentation. Given that these types of information are innately sensitive and private, we will not proceed without your consent. If you are happy to provide your consent, please tick the boxes as set out below. Any information you give us will be treated in the strictest confidence and will only be seen by members our team as required by their role and if applicable, members of our in-house legal team.

You are not obliged to provide your consents. However, if you choose not to, we may not be able to consider you as a candidate for our productions as (i) we would not be able to comply with our duty of care and health and safety legal obligations and (ii) we would not be able to know with a sufficient degree of accuracy whether you would be a suitable participant for a particular production.
