Welcome to the “THE FINISH LINE” SERIES 5 (the “Programme”) application form (the “Application Form”) where you can apply to be a contestant on the Programme.

ITV Studios Limited trading as Bright Entertainment (a company registered in England and Wales) with its registered office at ITV White City, White City Place, 201 Wood Lane, London, W12 7RU (registered company number - 03106525) (“we”, “us”, “our”) is the producer of the Programme and we intend to co-produce the Programme for initial transmission on channels and services operated by the BBC (the “Broadcaster”).
The closing date for entries is: 7th August 2026 (the “Closing Date”).
We may extend the Closing Date at our discretion without notice.
Before you can start completing the Application Form, we need you to go through the eligibility requirements, terms and conditions, privacy notices and other formalities.
A. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
To be eligible to participate in the Programme, the following requirements need to be met:
- You are aged at least 18 (eighteen) years old at the date you submit an Application Form.
- You are not:
a. currently employed by us or the Broadcaster or any of the ITV plc group of companies or Nice One Productions; or
b. a live-in partner or immediate relative (for example, mother, father, son, daughter, brother or sister) of someone who works on the Programme. - You are a legal resident in the United Kingdom, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man and also currently living in the United Kingdom, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man.
(the foregoing shall be collectively referred to as the “Eligibility Requirements”)
B. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please read and take the time to understand the Programme application form terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”).
C. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
The personal information you provide in this form will be collected and processed in accordance with our privacy notice (our “Privacy Notice”). The controller of your personal information will be ITV Studios Limited.
Unless you ask us not to, we will keep your name and contact details (for up to 3 years) so that we can contact you about future series of this programme and/or other programmes produced by ITV Studios that we think you might be interested in. If you do not want to be contacted for other series or programmes, please email myprivacy@itv.com.
