From the award-winning team behind The Dog House and the BAFTA-winning executive producer of First Dates… a heart-warming new series about the highs and lows of childhood friendships.
Five Mile Films is looking for children from the Bath/Bristol area - aged five to eight - who need a little help navigating the world of friendship. Kids who haven’t quite found their “tribe” yet.
Across three days, a team of top child psychologists will gently teach them the skills, confidence, and resilience to make real lasting connections. At the end, each child will be thoughtfully matched on a play date with a potential new friend from their local area.
At the end of August, we’re filming a proof of concept to help develop the series. While it won’t be broadcast, it’s an exciting first step towards making a new friend.
