Who we are looking for – people who love TV formats!

We are looking for 8 junior creatives. The brightest and best thinkers in the UK to come and join us. Your job will be to come up with big, exciting and innovative ideas for new TV shows. You will be based in two of our entertainment production brands, coming up with new formats for them.



You don’t need any specific qualifications, media training or any previous TV experience to do this job but you do need bags of enthusiasm, a good brain and innovative, original ideas. We want people who LOVE TV, watch a lot of it and are capable of coming up with a broad range of new and exciting ideas.

Our interns work in a fun, creative and diverse environment with excellent, experienced support to guide them through their first role in the TV industry.

We want to reflect the rich diversity of Britain today and are appealing for people from all backgrounds to apply. The contract will initially be for 3 months, beginning Monday the 30th of September 2019. The work is full time and paid at a weekly rate of £400 gross. The job will be based in our office in West London.
